Find the RideMe stations
RideMe bike rental stations are not only easy to find but also user-friendly thanks to their explanatory totem. Each station is equipped with racks where our distinctive orange bikes await you. To find out how to unlock the lock, just follow a few simple steps.
Start by scanning the QR code on the totem to go directly to your App Store and download the application. Remember that with RideMe, you can rent a bike at one station and end the rental at a different one from where you started!
It only takes a few steps to rent your bike.
What do you need to access the service?
- A Smartphone: Your smartphone will be the key to access our bikes. Make sure to have it with you and that it’s charged.
- Internet Connection: An active connection will allow you to access the RideMe app and navigate smoothly through its various features.
- Credit or Prepaid Card: For the rental, you will need a credit card or a prepaid card registered on your RideMe app.
After downloading the APP and logging in, simply follow the step-by-step process to start your rental.
Make your bike ride more interesting with audioguides
Along your route, you can listen to audioguides for free, making your experience more authentic. Here’s how to do it:
- Access the Maps Section: Open the RideMe app and go to the maps section to start your cultural journey.
- Find the Green Icon: Look for the green icon on the map to identify available points of interest.
- Listen and Learn: Click on the icon to listen to the audioguides and discover interesting facts and information about the places you encounter.
This feature makes every bike ride with RideMe not just a physical activity but an enriching cultural experience.
End your bike rental
Ending your bike rental with RideMe is simple and intuitive, just like starting it. Here’s what you need to do once you reach a RideMe station:
- Lock the Bike: Make sure the bike is properly parked at the RideMe station and lock it.
- Access the RideMe App: Open the RideMe app on your smartphone.
- End the Rental: In the section of your account, you will find the option “End Rental”. Click it to conclude your rental.
